Video evaluation

As an A2 film student I had a prior knowledge of the way in which the cameras and software worked, this in turn enabled us to be a lot more adventurous with the task in hand. We were able to elaborate on the brief and make the product more interesting. To do this we added music and changed the location, using a car instead of a room while still keeping to the original brief. Overall we worked extremely well as a group and contributed evenly. Due to my past experience I allowed my group members to explore with the edited suit more and only gave help when needed. Although I left editing more so to them I filmed the majority of the sequence.

video production - continuity editing

definition of...
180 degree rule: the 180 degree rule is used when you film a conversation or general shot involving 2 people. when filming you msut imagine a line that cuts down the center of the two participants this is the 180 line which can not be crosed with the camera , if it is it can effect the continuity as the pair have swaped sides.
